About the Center

The Center is a new, charitable legal services organization that provides “impact” legal services to reduce homelessness and poverty in the United States, by increasing affordable housing opportunities. The Center is incorporated in Virginia and received recognition as a public charity under Internal Revenue Code sec. 501(c)(3) in September 2008.
